Creating Self-conscious Interaction
What you need to enforce the influence on co-operation in your team, is to have insight in the ever going on behaviour effects on the interaction, between you and your team members: effects on the inside of persons, on interpersonal relationships, and on the atmosphere within the team.
We call this: Creating self-conscious interaction.

- Basics of Leary’s Rose
- Exploring the interaction powers in the team
- Reciprocity: learning the effect of your own behaviour on others and simultaneously the effect of others on you by the interpersonal behaviour analysis IPP (Interpersonal Profile).
- Playing real life cases with the methodology on Leary’s Rug
- Plenary and in subgroups practicing cases with help from three questions, four pinching interaction patterns, eight relation proposals and the Weight of Eight.
Results
- You know and understand the basics of Leary’s Rose and can apply them in your team
- You have learned to create self-conscious interaction effectively
- You can help each other in your team to create self-conscious interaction
- You have practiced with the learned issues within your own casuistic

Costs for accommodation, tools, books and IPP (Interpersonal profile) will be calculated separately.
How we do it
This day is very suitable for teams that want to increase the intensity and effectiveness of the collaboration or would like to develop further.
Prior to this day, the participants fill in the Interpersonal Profile about themselves and two or three other teammates. These profiles form the basis for this day. This makes this training concrete and optimally applicable in practice.
During the training we link short theory to practical practice. We transfer the theory interactively; we actively involve the participants by practicing on the basis of case histories of the participants themselves.
