During the program we connect short theories on Leary’s Rose with practising. Theory will be communicated interactively; participants will be engaged by practising their own examples from everyday working life.

Creating interaction self-consciously
If you want, as a team, to strengthen the co-operation, it will help a lot when you know what effect all kinds of behaviour will have on the interaction between all team members: inside persons, inter-personal and within the context of the team itself. That’s why we call it: Creating interaction self-consciously.
The quality of co-operation depends also on the quality of interaction between all staff members on all levels. From top-management to the workplace.
The quality of interaction improves when members of an organisation find a balance between harmony and diversion, between consonant and dissonant, between dialogue and debate.
Program
During our in-company training you will receive an instrument to influence the interaction self-consciously and effectively. Active practising will bring this to life.
The program will be composed on your wishes and possibilities. This will allow the in-company training to be concrete and optimal applicable in the own working environment.

Costs for accommodation, tools, books and IPP (Interpersonal profile) will be calculated separately.
How we do it
We like to challenge participants, prior to the training day, to acquire the necessary knowledge. This, to be able to practice interactively with this powerful instrument as much as possible regarding their own everyday working examples.
Therefore, every participant gets access to our online introduction course Leary’s Rose, based on Bert van Dijks book: Influencing others, starting with you.
During in-company training programs we prefer to work with a validated interpersonal behaviour analysis: the InterPersonal Profile (IPP). Participants fill out this Interpersonal Profile about themselves and invite three others to do so for them. This can be done before the training program or between 2 days.
This IPP gives a direct insight in the intention of ones’ behaviour and the effect of it on others. This is a very strong instrument to create self-conscious interaction.
